Favourite job (it can’t be your current job): Technology Specialist with UK Trade and Investment, part of British Foreign Office.Loads of travel, consulate visits and interesting people.
Favourite qualities in a person: Drive, passion and energy
Your main fault: Always wanting change. I love to be in aconstant environment of change and get bored if things stay the same for too long.
What do you appreciate in your friends most: Humour, challenge and honesty
Your idea of happiness: Family, dog, South Downs, mud and being outdoors.
If not yourself, who would you rather be: Roger Federer or Rafa Nadal would probably be near the top of the list!
Where would you like to live: South of France in a rambling old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere with a tennis court.
What is your favourite pastime: Tennis is my main passion – I would play all day every day if I could!
Favourite band/musician/song: Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Favourite fictional hero or heroine: It’s so cliché but you can’t beat a bit of Bond. How about Flashman? I know he is an anti-hero and a truly reprehensible character, but I love Flashman from the George Macdonald Fraser books.
Best piece of advice: If you think you can or think you can’t you are right.It was above my boss’s desk at my first proper job.
Worst business decision: Stopping working for myself and giving up on running my business after a few setbacks in my late teens.
Best business decision: Teaming up with Tim and David, starting Pragma and recruiting such a great team!
