From F1 through to the performing arts, Pragma helps partners highlight how UC is changing the way businesses communicate

With over 50% of marketing professionals naming video as the type of content with the best ROI and 59% of executives stating that if both text and video are available on the same topic, they are more likely to choose video, it doesn’t come as a surprise that video has become an integral part of the marketing mix.

With this in mind, Pragma, has launched two new case studies to help its reseller partners leverage the benefits of video in their marketing activities.

The first case study focuses on F1 racing team, Sport Pesa, and highlights how the introduction of Ericsson-LG’s UC platform has helped improve team-wide communication and collaboration. It sheds light on how fixed-mobile convergence ensures uninterrupted communication between their base in Silverstone and their field-based team that travels to 21 countries to take part in F1 races each year.

The second details how Ericsson-LG’s UCaaS solution has helped London Borough of Enfield-based Millfield Arts Centre manages communications across its 6 venues spread over 5 different sites. This includes how the borough reduced costs by switching to VoIP, how insights helped decrease the number of lost calls, increase bookings and improve scalability.

Collectively, the case studies demonstrate how Pragma’s resellers are uniquely positioned to deliver both on-premise and cloud based unified communication solutions based on customer needs.

Speaking about the new case studies, Will Morey, Sales and Marketing Director at Pragma, said: “At a time where over 70% of customers prefer to learn about a product by way of video, these case studies are an impactful way of demonstrating the benefits of Ericsson-LG’s unified communication system. We wanted the reseller community and their customers see the systems at work and we’re really excited to share these stories with them”.

Sharing his thoughts on the case studies, Graham Powling, CEO of The Network Communications Group, an award-winning provider of unified business communications, had this to say: “The launch of these case studies demonstrate Pragma’s commitment to helping resellers with marketing challenges while helping them showcase their businesses. These clearly show how Ericsson-LG’s cupboard to cloud proposition provides resellers with a unique selling proposition”.

Two versions of the case studies have been produced to highlight the benefits from technology partner and reseller perspectives. The launch of these case studies form part of Pragma’s strategy to help its reseller community demonstrate the benefits of embracing UC technology to end-users, and can be viewed here.
