Pragma are constantly monitoring the iPECS Cloud platform and our engineers operate 24/7 observing the platform and network. The traffic lights indicate the status of each of the iPECS Cloud components. If an issue is found on the platform, portal, network or any component within iPECS Cloud, the status will indicate amber or red depending on the severity.

We have been informed that there is a major Microsoft outage in the UK Southern region. This is impacting some users ability to access the Tollring portal and services. Microsoft engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. Tollring are working closely with Microsoft to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Issues with iCall are now resolved.
