iPECS Cloud Status

Pragma are constantly monitoring the iPECS Cloud platform and our engineers operate 24/7 platform and network monitoring.  The traffic lights to the right indicate the status of each of the iPECS cloud components. If a known issue is found on the platform the server status will indicate in red.

30/12/2019 – iCall Issue

10:00am

We are currently aware of an issue affecting access to iCall on the iPECS Cloud. This is being investigated by the vendor and will be updating once we have more information.

12:59pm

The vendor has isolated the issue within Microsoft azure and are dealing directly with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

15:30pm

Databases have been restored and the vendor is workin on restoring service, we hope to have this working soon.

16:22pm

Service has been returned to normal, all data for calls made today will display as normal, please contact support if you have any issues.
