30/12/2019 – iCall Issue
We are currently aware of an issue affecting access to iCall on the iPECS Cloud. This is being investigated by the vendor and will be updating once we have more information.
The vendor has isolated the issue within Microsoft azure and are dealing directly with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
Databases have been restored and the vendor is workin on restoring service, we hope to have this working soon.
Service has been returned to normal, all data for calls made today will display as normal, please contact support if you have any issues.
