Following the recent announcement that Panasonic will exit the PBX market, Pragma is pleased to confirm their new partnership with distributor Nimans to offer iPECS UCP and Cloud services to selected resellers within their base.
This partnership will be in the form of a sub-distribution arrangement, where Pragma will provide product, training and support to the Nimans team, who in turn will supply and support their reseller channel.
Nimans will be hosting their own iPECS Cloud platform from the start of 2021 and will offer it ‘wholesale’ to enable their resellers to retain full customer ownership to a controlled list of resellers. Full training will be provided via webinar on the new system, and stock will be ready to distribute from January 2021.
Richard Carter, Nimans Sales Director, commented: “This represents a great addition to our systems portfolio, and I am personally delighted to get started on this collaboration. Nimans is all about providing choice expertly delivered, and the Ericsson-LG iPECS platform is an awesome addition to our portfolio. This year more than any before we have seen the need for versatility and flexibility in our systems with the huge move to remote working during the pandemic and the Ericsson-LG iPECS platform allows us to give our resellers even more choice.”
Pragma Managing Director, Tim Brooks, said: “Pragma is delighted to partner with Nimans to deliver the Ericson-LG iPECS Cloud platform and telephone systems to their reseller base. The combination of our teams working together will provide a world-class product and unrivalled service and support to UK resellers.”
