We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with atom., a new modern-thinking telecommunications and managed IT provider. They are now offering iPECS Cloud and complimentary Ericsson-LG services to their customers in the North of England and Scotland.

Based in Newcastle on the sunny banks of the river Tyne, they pride themselves on designing and providing state-of-the-art IT and telecom strategies from the ground up as well as working with existing services and solutions.

atom. was formed in 2021 but already had years of experience installing and supporting Ericsson-LG on-premise telephony solutions. Pragma is now helping atom transition this skill to the iPECS Cloud telephony offering from Ericsson-LG Enterprise. The team is going through technical accreditation, and salespeople are learning how iPECS Cloud and WebRTC can benefit new and existing customers.
