With an enhanced user experience and expanded API support, Unified 4.0 is set to enable Pragma’s reseller partners to deliver tailor-made telephony solutions to customers. Unified 4.0 also signifies the introduction of support for the 1000i handset range for UCP and eMG80 deployments.
“We’re really excited to launch Unified 4.0 as it delivers the new 1000i IP phone range to the UCP and eMG80 platforms. With Unified 4.0, our reseller partners will be able to deliver exhanced user experience and the ability to deliver more bespoke solutions than ever before. We’re confident that Unified 4.0 will help our partners further strengthen their customer proposition by delivering greater value.” said Pragma’s Product Marketing Manager, Andy Herring.
In addition to offering enhanced virtualisation options, Unified 4.0 drives business efficiency with the introduction of centralised directory facilities for IP DECT and brings peace of mind with enhanced security functions while enabling a hassle-free approach to system maintenance.
Will Morey, Pragma’s Sales and Marketing Director, added: “We are thrilled to provide our partners with another great basis for differentiation through Unified 4.0. With the ability to tailor solutions to better meet customer needs and deliver greater value, this solution will help our partners gain an edge over the competition.”
Pragma is also working towards the launch of other exciting new products and services for 2020 including a new Cloud Mobile Service, new headsets and a next generation WiFi handset from ASCOM. The team is also helping telecom resellers grow their monthly billing revenue with Web Listings, a mass-deployable online listing solution.
