Pragma’s plans for 2021 is all about providing the technology to bring people together with their colleagues and customers. On the 8th February, we announced the launch of our latest UCaaS software release that supported the hotly anticipated new WebRTC UCaaS tool, iPECS ONE.

iPECS ONE delivers the next generation of unified communications and collaboration for the iPECS Cloud platform. The client is delivered through a browser using WebRTC technology making deployment, support and user experience better than ever. The browser-based interface is also complimented by an iOS and Android app that makes sure the mobile access is simple and easy to use.

Commenting on the launch of iPECS ONE, Andy Herring, Pragma’s Product Marketing Manager, said: “We are really excited to launch iPECS Cloud 3.6 and all of the new services that will be released alongside it. The arrival of iPECS ONE brings a whole new level of features for remote workers looking for a UC and collaboration tool.
