Proudly part of the Gamma Group, Pragma provides enterprise communications software, solutions and services to the UK channel.

We offer channel partners the globally trusted iPECS Cloud unified communications service and its complementary range of applications created by Ericsson-LG Enterprise. Our solution is further complemented by our own innovations created using the APIs within iPECS Cloud and developed to address the questions that our customers ask every day.

Our goal is to cut out the corporate waffle, tech spin, acronyms and general noise of the industry and focus on building great relationships with great partners who want to sell great technology. As part of the Gamma Group, we’re able to reach more channel partners and more UK businesses.

The Pragma team is built of a group of brilliant people who understand the channel, our partners’ needs and the changing technologies in the UCaaS market. As a team, we all enjoy what we do and think work should be fun. We like to celebrate success and socialise with our customers, our suppliers and the many great people in our market.

Our History

Pragma was founded in 2012 as a channel-focused service provider company designed to support partners and Ericsson-LG Enterprise in bringing iPECS UCaaS technology to the UK market.

The Pragma Group incorporates Candio and Techland, each with their own unique proposition and support model. Under the leadership of Directors Will Morey, Grace Lawless,Tim Brooks and Steve Granocchia, each business within the Group has dedicated technical, sales, and support teams to ensure partners receive the focus they need to grow their business.

In January 2024, Pragma became part of the Gamma Group of companies significantly expanding its channel portfolio and providing greater opportunities for partners. The Pragma portfolio integrates seamlessly into Gamma’s strategy for growth and leadership in the UCaaS space.
