Pragma, the channel-only service provider, has delivered the latest upgrade for its iPECS Cloud platform, a significant update that serves up a number of hotly anticipated features to iPECS Cloud, iPECS ONE and iPECS Analytics.

With iPECS Cloud now hosting 100,000 users across its platform, Pragma’s channel partners will gain access to a range of new features to further strengthen their UCaaS product proposition across a range of vertical markets.

Among iPECS Cloud 5.0’s updates are key enhancements to the iPECS ONE collaboration service and its extensive integration into the Microsoft Productivity tools, device integration for iOS and Android mobile users, and features around call recording and compliance. These features enhance the user experience and deliver confidence for administrators and compliance teams in managing their voice communications.

Customer experience remains a critical aspect of any platform’s ability to deliver value, and this latest release reinforces Pragma and Ericsson-LG’s commitment in this area. iPECS Analytics is the cornerstone of the customer experience tools within the platform. This latest release delivers many more customer experience tools and features to help end users provide wow service each and every time.
