About Telephone Trainers

Telephone Trainers Ltd has been established for 18 years and we are an on-site telephone system training company specializing in many telephone systems including Avaya IP Office, Avaya ACM/Aura, iPECS Cloud System, Samsung OfficeServ, Cisco, Gamma Horizon Hosted System, SpliceCom, 8×8 Hosted System.

Their telephone training takes place in your normal working situation, using the actual telephones and software, and programming software clients that trainees will use when fully trained. On-site telecoms training has a general reputation as most effective for trainees to continue efficiently to carry out their telecoms usage, programming and own in house training of future new employees. It involves employee training at the place of work while he or she is doing the actual job, or in pre-organised classroom training sessions, based around hands-on interaction with your new or old telephone system. Sometimes training can occur by using web-based technology or video conferencing tools.

The telephone trainers also offer consultations on your new or current telephone systems. Looking into how you currently use your system, making suggestions on how programming could be tweaked and changed to improve your current usage, or to improve on call handling methods, and informing you of additional products which may be available on your system that you may not have been aware of. Which could help improve the level of communication across your company and interactions with your customers.

About Telecom Training Solutions

Telecom Training Solutions was established in 1997 to address the emerging need for efficient, high quality telecommunications training. Comprehensive courses cover all aspects of telephone usage and administration and can be run alongside modules on telephone etiquette and further telephone skills. The material for each schedule is conveyed in a tried and tested format, led by one or more experienced trainers.

Courses can be taken on site or at the Telecom Training centre at the discretion of the customer. Bespoke courses can also be developed to meet particular business requirements.

Initial training may be followed up periodically with refresher and advanced courses.

As part of their comprehensive package, Telecom Training will schedule training sessions, organise contact and start times, liaise with engineers regarding training facilities and system programming details, and create user reference guides to send to site for the scheduled training dates.
